THE PRACTICE

We have provided personal injury reports to solicitors and agencies since 1990 and concerning alleged medical negligence cases since 2000.  Court Reports (UK) incorporates these activities through its experience in mainstream general medical practice and we are members of the Expert Witness Institute (UK).   

Dr L A Andrew Barbour is available to see clients within one week of receiving written instruction and to report within 14 days of examination.   An agency service is available for clients requiring examination in other parts of the United Kingdom including efficient transfer of any necessary medical record.


GENERAL INQUIRIES

Office hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (except Thursday afternoon when closed from 1.30pm).   Please ask for Jennifer Lusty when enquiring about our terms and conditions of service.

APPOINTMENTS

Consultations are by appointment and can be arranged by telephone (01483-535549), fax (01483-453232), email (leon.barbour@gp-h81647.nhs.uk) or by correspondence (200-202 London Road, Guildford, Surrey GU4 7JS).  

We offer clients an appointment within one week of receiving written instruction and to forward the report within two weeks of examination (unless delayed pending receipt of any necessary medical record).

HOME VISITS

Home visits are for clients unable to attend the surgery and available by prior arrangement.

TRANSPARENCY

Invoices are itemised to include full details of all relevant administrative expenses.
